Billing and Preparation Information
Mediation
There is a minimum of 2 hours charged. Parties will be charged 30 minutes for preparation time.
$200 per hour
$900 for 4 hours; $1,700 for 8 hours, which is split equally between the parties, unless the court orders otherwise.
Estate Planning Flate Fees
FREE CONSULTS UNTIL APRIL 1
Package: Last Will & Testament, Powers of Attorney, and Living Will. Basic package flat fee is $900 for one person or $1,600 for a couple.
Estate Planning: Additional Documents
A good estate plan may also require deeds for real property and business documents. Individual documents are drafted at an hourly rate or will be added to the flat fee rate.
Trusts
FREE CONSULTS UNTIL APRIL 1
A minimum retainer of $4,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate.
Probate

A minimum retainer of $3,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate.
Family Law
$400 consult fee
A minimum retainer of $10,000. Custody matters are a minimum of $15,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate. A credit card must be held on file to maintain the minimum trust balance (at least 25% of the initial retainer).
