Estate Planning Flat Fees
$100 for 30-minute consult
Package (per person): Personalized Last Will & Testament, two Powers of Attorney, one recorded deed, and one Living Will.
Basic package flat fee is $900 for one person or $1,500 for a couple.
* This rate includes one beneficiary set for all assets. Additional beneficiaries will increase rates.
Real Estate and Business Documents
Individual documents are drafted at an hourly rate or will be added to the flat fee rate.
Trusts
A minimum retainer of $2,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate.
Probate

Hourly Rates
$375/ attorney; $180/ paralegal work; $100/ travel; $85/ legal assistant work
