$300 consult fee
Tammy may be able to assist you with other legal matters but is not providing services for contested court matters.

Estate Planning Flat Fees
$100 for 30-minute consult
Packages are flat rates and include the following for each person: one personalized Last Will & Testament, two Powers of Attorney, one recorded deed, and one Living Will with remote/electronic notarization and three printed copies.Â
Fees begin at $800 and will be discussed at the consult. Past clients and Eagles Club members will receive a discount.Â
Real Estate and Business Documents
Individual documents are drafted at an hourly rate or will be added to other flat fee rates.
Business formations: $1,300. Includes operating agreement or bylaws, one hour meeting, registration with secretary of state, EIN registration, printed copies of documents and virtual/electronic notarization of documents
Trusts
A minimum retainer of $2,500.Â
Basic trust packages (with simple estate and one set of beneficiaries) start at $2,500. This includes the personalized revocable trust, personalized Last Will & Testament, Powers of Attorney, recorded deed, Living Will, and remote/electronic notarization with three printed copies.
Probate
$100 30-minute consult
A minimum retainer of $2,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate.
Hourly Rates
$375/ attorney; $180/ paralegal work; $100/ travel; $85/ legal assistant work
