With a decade of legal experience, Tammy Tallant now practices in family law, estate planning, probate law, business law, real estate law (including contract disputes and HOA matters) and other areas of civil litigation. She ran her own practice for seven years, gained experience with other firms, and has now returned to private practice to provide personalized legal services to clients across Colorado.

Having represented over 1,000 clients, authored approximately 100 appellate briefs, argued before the Court of Appeals, mediated, and successfully settled numerous cases, Tammy knows that negotiated resolutions often yield the best outcomes by keeping control in the hands of the parties involved.

However, with hundreds of hours advocating in courtrooms across Colorado before judges, magistrates, and juries, she is fully prepared to litigate when necessary.

Tammy has served as a legal representative for parents in abuse and neglect cases, a guardian ad litem for children and adults, and a child legal representative, always prioritizing the best interests of those she represents.

As it relates to probate matters, Tammy has guided numerous clients and respondents through guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Tammy was the founder and president of a nonprofit that served as legal guardians for isolated adults in Colorado. Today, she still serves as a legal guardian.
