Mediation
$175 per hour
Hourly rate is split equally between the parties unless the court order says otherwise.Â
As an ongoing commitment to pro bono services, if at least one party has an attorney and one or more parties can demonstrate an annual gross income of less than $40,000, that party's rates will be reduced by 50%.Â
Estate Planning Flate Fees
Package: Last Will & Testament, Powers of Attorney, and Living Will. Basic package flat fee is $900 for one person or $1,600 for a couple.
* A basic will includes one beneficiary set for all assets.
Estate Planning: Additional Documents
A good estate plan may also require deeds for real property and business documents. Individual documents are drafted at an hourly rate or will be added to the flat fee rate.
Trusts

A minimum retainer of $2,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate.

A minimum retainer of $10,000. Custody matters are a minimum of $15,000. Clients are charged at an hourly rate. A credit card must be held on file to maintain the minimum trust balance (at least 25% of the initial retainer).
